Gates: Walk gates are available in standard widths of 3', 4', 5 ' and 6' with standard heights of 3', 3 ½', 4' , 4 ½", 5' and 6'. Custom sizes are available. Walk gates can be customized with the use of arches, operating devices, decorative finials, butterfly scrolls, estate scrolls and rings.

Chain Link (Galvanized)

Chain link fencing is an economical way of establishing property boundaries. Available in residential and commercial grades, in various heights and gauges, our professional staff can help you determine what will best serve your needs. Chain link fencing is also available in a color system, the most popular being black and green.

PVC (Privacy) (Semi-privacy) (Picket) (Caps)

A PVC fence from McConnie Fence is made of the highest quality material on the market today and is backed by manufacturer's transferable lifetime guarantee. This AMERICAN MADE PVC fence offers long lasting beauty with little to no maintenance required. Available in various heights, styles and colors to create the perfect look to enhance your home and extend your family's outside living space. This fence is well suited for commercial applications as well. All styles are available in white and tan, while many styles are available in pebblestone, clay and stone.

If privacy is your objective, a tongue and groove fence is the product for you, with decorative options such as lattice top or picket accents available to enhance the look. Installed 6' on center to prevent sagging, the tongue and groove pickets provide strength and stability within the panels. This attractive fence provides a wonderful backdrop for your landscaping to POP.

Perhaps you would like to obscure the view of others while not blocking your own view entirely, consider the semi-privacy styles such as "Countess", "Shadowbox" or "Imperial". These styles also allow for windbreaks during seasonal storms.

Picket fences conjure images of home and hearth, a simpler time and traditional look. With various picket size and dimensions, spacing and height, picket fences can be as individual as you are. With so many styles to choose from you are sure to find the one that suits you best.

The manufacturer's warranty covers defects in workmanship and/or materials, the finish is guaranteed not to chip, crack, flake, peel or corrode. The lifetime warranty is transferable one time to a new homeowner. The warranty on commercial installations shall be limited to a period of fifty (50) years and is not transferable. To maintain the beauty of your fence, it may be necessary to clean it periodically with a solution of water and Simple Green and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. When security is the number one priority, look to Montage steel fencing by Ameristar®. Available in decorative styles, Montage steel fence is fusion welded for strength and goes through a multi-step process to achieve a weather resistant beautiful finish. Subjected to a thorough cleaning and zinc phosphate pretreatment, then an Ecoat process. This results in a uniform film that is irreversibly deposited onto the material for a smooth, beautiful finish. Ameristar uses the same cyclic testing technology, developed in the automotive industry, to ensure that Montage fences will endure harsh environments and repeated seasonal shifts in weather and temperature. The electro-coated surface on all Montage panels, posts and gates is guaranteed under normal and intended usage, against cracking, peeling, chipping, blistering or corroding commencing with the original purchase date and extending according to the applications defined in the table below. Normal and intended usage does not include physical damage, abrasion or heavy salt spray exposure to the protective coating.

Fence installations 1 to 2 miles from salt water coastline have a 10 year warranty

Wood (Stockade) (Board on Board) (Vertical Shadow Box) (Lattice Top) (Picket)

If you want your fence to be an extension of your outside living area, while still blending in with the landscape and environment, consider a wood fence. No it won't last forever, however it has a limited warranty for 15 years and may last upwards of 20 years, not bad for the money. Available in a picket thickness from ½", 5/8", 3/4" and 1" and widths of 4" and 6", we are able to build a fence for you that reflects your personal style while also meeting your needs. From the standard stockade and board on board privacy fences to the semi-privacy of vertical shadow box, lattice top and picket style fences, customization is limitless.

Wood fences are warranted against rotting and termites for 15 years, pickets must maintain ground clearance for warranty.

McConnie Fence extends a one year warranty on labor and workmanship.

Stockade fence is an economical privacy fence that features ½" x 4" clip top pickets side by side with a very slight gap between pickets, due to swelling and contracting of wood. Available with a sway top or lattice top for decorative accents or custom cut pickets and posts. Fascia and top cap may also be added to this style.

Board on Board fence is true privacy fence because the top pickets overlap the bottom layer, resulting in a gapless fence. Available with a sway top, lattice top, cap and fascia, as well as custom cuts.

Vertical Shadow Box fence is considered semi-privacy because the pickets are attached on each side of the stringer allowing for an obscure view and some ventilation. This style allows for better air circulation than either stockade or board on board.

Horizontal Shadow Box fence is an attractive alternative to vertical shadow box, however because of the position of the pickets, this fence is very easy to climb, much like a ladder. This fence style will not meet pool code.

Picket fences feature ½" x 4" pickets spaced +/- 2 ½" apart, often this style is desired for the front yard or in the back yard if on a conservation lot or on the water.
